The Torch Cleaning Station NS-01 is multifunctional and combines 3 functions in one compact unit: Wire Cutter, Nozzle Cleaner and Spray Unit.
The Torch Cleaner Station is the latest technology and helps to achieve stable welding quality and efficient welding production. In just 6 seconds per cycle, it performs all 3 individual operations that previously had to be done in separate steps. It also has transparent access to the action, which also ensures quick and easy maintenance.
Cutting wire:
By cutting with 2 cutting tools, the welding wire is cleanly cut off.
Cleaning the torch:
By milling the nozzle with the reamer, the spatter adhering inside the nozzle is cleanly removed and discharged into a collection container. Clamping by the universal guide rollers (18-31 mm gas torch width) of the gas nozzle prevents the torch from vibrating during cleaning and is not process safe.
Spray anti-adhesive:
The anti-adhesive is applied evenly into the inside of the nozzle in the form of a fine liquid spray.
The NS-01 Torch Cleaning Station is supplied on a special stand to save space. A collection container for removed material is intelligently integrated into this station.
