Torch position control with the TTCPS-001

The TTCPS-001 is the optimal solution to precisely check the torch positioning.

Two sensors check the alignment of the torch using defined reference points on the X, Y and Z axes. The TTCPS -001 is equipped with a special circuit board that ensures high-precision calculations. The current measurement is shown on the display. If the scanned alignment values exceed the defined reference points, an error message is sent to a compatible device of your choice. The data is saved in the integrated memory and can be used for later analysis. The physical metal pin makes readjustment of the torch quick and easy. The automatic self-cleaning of the sensor openings with compressed air always guarantees precise measurements.

The TTCPS-001 is available as a stand- alone device on a special stand and takes up little space thanks to its compact design. It can of course also be optimally combined with other TIPMAN devices for even greater efficiency in MIG/MAG welding processes.
