The combination of the Auto Contact Tip Changer CTC-001 and the  3-in-1 Torch Cleaning Station NS-01 ensures maximum efficiency in MIG/MAG arc welding. Both units, compactly mounted on a shared stand, automate the contact tip change and the torch cleaning process, including wire trimming and the application of anti-adhesive spray. Efficient, reliable and optimally tailored to automated welding processes. 

With a total cycle time of just around 46 seconds, this combination significantly reduces downtime whilst improving weld quality. The compact integration of both systems into a single station also minimises the space required, simplifies integration and sustainably increases the productivity of the welding system.

Auto Contact Tip Changer CTC-001
The CTC-001 handles the automatic replacement of contact tips with precision and reliability. Worn contact tips are detected and automatically replaced within approximately 40 seconds – without manual intervention and without interrupting production. The entire replacement process is precisely monitored by three sensors.

3-in-1 Torch Cleaning Station NS-01
The NS-01 ensures reliable and rapid torch maintenance. In just around 6 seconds, weld spatter is removed, the wire is cut and anti-adhesive spray is applied. The result: clean torches, stable processes and consistently high weld quality.
